Abishek is a dynamic TEDx speaker and an acclaimed keynote speaker featured across several prestigious platforms. Recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Successful Alumni of Christ University, his inspiring journey has been covered by prominent media outlets including The Times of India, Deccan Herald, Prajavani, Indian Express, Doordarshan Kannada, TV9 Kannada, EATmyNews Blog, and The Human Spices Blog.
He holds a BBA from Christ University and an MBA from Jain University, along with multiple professional credentials — a Diploma in Counseling Skills, Certified Life Skills Trainer (WHO), Certified NLP Practitioner (Sue Knight School), and Certified Yoga Trainer (The Yoga Institute, Mumbai). He has also trained under some of the finest coaches and facilitators in India.
ABISHEK IYAPPAN
Founder and Head Consultant
Raised in a family rooted in Sampradaya Bhajans and Devi worship, Abishek's journey began in the world of Carnatic music, where he trained for 12 years and won 35+ regional and national-level competitions. Driven by a deep desire to make an impact, he later transitioned into street theatre, performing over 700 street plays across India in collaboration with NGOs and government bodies—using art as a medium for social transformation.
At just 22, Abishek stepped into the world of consulting, and since then has served as a strategic advisor to multiple national NGO campaigns, and trained thousands of corporate professionals, educators, and students in behavioral skills and personal development. His training style is celebrated for its blend of humor, depth, and experiential learning, drawing from a rich foundation in human behavior, Indian philosophy, social work, psychology, and management.
Today, Abishek continues to empower individuals and organizations with his purpose-driven approach, storytelling skills, and holistic training methodologies—making him not just a speaker or consultant, but a catalyst for meaningful change.

Driti is a goal-oriented educator focusing specifically on sustainable and regenerative education. She strongly believes that education is a powerful tool for personal and social growth. To complement this, her MSc in Education (Policy and international development) and role as Vice President of Dheerya Foundation has played a vital role. Along with this, she has substantial experience working in global educational settings, specifically in educational design and curriculum, as well as experience teaching in Indian afterschool and undergraduate environments. She holds a Bristol Plus Award which allowed her to enhance her skills in addition to multiple holistic developmental workshops she has attended throughout her life. She has also held multiple leadership positions as part of her educational and professional journey.
Apart from her this, she is also a trained professional ballet dancer, amateur poet, and writer. Her current explorations revolve around Vitality or life force and psycho-spiritual healing.

Sanjana Sharma is a dynamic professional whose career reflects an inspiring blend of engineering expertise, operational leadership, and a deep-rooted passion for training
and community engagement. Starting as a Verification Engineer with Cyient and having undergone intensive training in RTL verification, she made a seamless transition into operational leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Icon Cadsoft and Koios Engineering. Currently serving as an Operations Manager and Assistant Trainer at PARA Learning, she brings strategic vision and a hands-on approach to managing people and processes. A certified graduate of the prestigious Stoa General Management Program, Sanjana is also a dedicated Rotaractor and an energetic dance fitness instructor. Her passion for dance is more than a hobby—it’s a medium through which she builds connections, spreads joy, and fosters well-being. As a trainer, she’s committed to creating impactful learning experiences that empower individuals and build communities. Her journey is a testament to the power of versatility, continuous growth, and the courage to follow one’s passions.

Pranati Sahni is a seasoned HR professional whose career spans across some of India’s most dynamic organizations, including Unacademy, Khatabook, GlowRoad, and Zolo. With her strong foundation in business management and an Executive PGDM in HR from Alliance University, she has successfully led HR strategy, employee engagement, and people-centric operations, rising to the role of Lead HR Business Partner at Unacademy. Her track record is defined by her ability to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring both people development and organizational growth. Beyond the boardroom, Pranati is deeply passionate about theatre, which fuels her creativity and enhances her empathetic approach to leadership and training. Whether she is engaging with teams or facilitating learning spaces, her zeal for enabling transformation stands out. Now serving as an HR and Operations Consultant at PARA Learning, Pranati continues to bring together her corporate acumen and her love for performance to deliver meaningful training experiences that leave a lasting impact.
